"Last year, there was one single moment where it mattered that I received two "no doc" loans simultaneously. Both loans simply took a couple of days to complete. I worked with Peter Kwee and Joyce. They were at all times available by phone. Imagine getting the president of this company to hand out his cell phone, Peter does just that for everyone. My lawyer slowed down my loans by two solid weeks.
So here is my recommendation, Work with Peter, get your loan in a couple of days and have your closing right then and there. And most of all get a closing lawyer who is up to speed with the times and who has no problem having a closing in the blink of an eye. So you know, I am not wealthy. I am a single mother who is self-employed. I do not choose to file a income tax return (see taxgate.com). I did not get a loan from the amount of money in my bank account. I have 3 erroneous tax liens on my credit report and still Peter, with the highest degree of integrity, worked with my situation like it was nothing. I will not get a loan from anyone else, ever.
